 Your
letter will be reviewed within a month of receiving it to
determine if it fits within the areas of interest identified
by the Plett Foundation. You may
be contacted by the Foundation
with requests for more information, a meeting, or a site visit.
The
Board of Directors of the Plett Foundation
meet semi-annually in May and November to make decisions on
the requests received during the six month period leading
up to the meeting. For the application to be considered at
the May meeting, it should be postmarked no later than April
1; for it to be considered at the November meeting, it should
be postmarked no later than October 1.
Applicants
can expect a final decision within a month of either the May or November
Board meeting.
