The Plett Library Access Network (PLAN) exists to establish a network of libraries in Mennonite communities across Latin America that will promote literacy and historical knowledge. The Plett Foundation will provide books for PLAN libraries and support their operation by providing funds for library building rentals. The first PLAN library was built in Campeche Colony, Mexico; construction was completed in 2022.
